Biodynamic agriculture, a method of organic farming, is closely related to the organic food movement. Food Co-ops and buyers groups are alternative ways of selling food which have also been closely related to the organic food movement. These co-operative structures have been aimed at lowering the retail price of organic food and some attempt to reduce the food miles associated with the produce.
